Special Offers

Reservations Are Personal & Non Transferable. Admission. Minimum Age is 16.  Pets are not Allowed.

On the 1st Day Reserved , The Following Deposit, Wich is Reimbursed at Departure, is to be Left in Cash:

- Stays Equal or Shorter than 1 Month: 100 Eur.

- Stays Longer than 1 Month: 500 Eur.

In Case of Arrival After the First Day Reserved, the Deposit is to be Transferred to the Bank Account to be Indicated by the Residence.

The Non-Payment of the Deposit, In the Conditions Mentioned Above, Carries on the Cancellation of the Reservation.

In Case of Cancellation or Departure Before Scheduled, a Written Notice with a 90 Days Forwarning, From the Moment the Deposit is Made, is Necessary, in Order to Get it Reimbursed.

Bank Transfer Make Effects from the Moment the Residence Receives The Bank Receipt by e-mail.

The Monthly Fees Subsequents to the Booking Transfer Are to be Paid in Cash on the 1st Day of Each Month.

In Case of a Guest Receiving a Visitor (for any period of time), the Former Wil be Billed with a 50 Eur/Day Supplement per Person. The Guest Must Inform Inmediately the Residence.

Payments Are not Reimbursable Totally or Partially in Any Case.

The Non-Observance of the Rules or Payment Will Result on the Obligation of Quitting The Residence Inmediately. Neither The Deposit Nor the Montly Fee Can be Claimed.
