1 - Bookings Are Personal & Non Transferable. Minimum Age is 16. Pets are not Allowed 2 - On the 1st Day Booked, The Following Deposit, Wich is Reimbursed at Departure, is to be Left in Cash - Stays Equal or Shorter than 1 Month : 100 Eur - Stays Longer than 1 Month : 500 Eur In Case of Arrival After the First Day of Booking, the Deposit is to be Paid by Bank Transfer to the Account that Will be Indicated The Non-Payment of the Deposit, In the Conditions Mentioned Above, Carries on the Cancellation of the Booking In Case of Cancellation or Departure Before Scheduled, Give a Written Notice with a 90 Days Forwarning, From the Moment the Deposit is Made, in Order to Get it Reimbursed 3 - Bank Transfer Payments Produce Efects from the Moment that the Bank Receipt is Received by e-mail 4 - The Monthly Fees Subsequents to the Booking Transfer Are to be Paid in Cash on the 1st Day of Each Month 5 - In Case of Visitors to a Resident (for any period of time) a 50 Eur/Day Fee per Person is to be Applied. The Visits Must Inmediately Announced 6 - Payments Are not Reimbursable Totally or Partially in Any Case 7 - The Guest Engages Him / Herself to Respect the Other Resident's Well-Being and Particularly to :   - Do Not Use Items that produce Smoke - Preserve All Elements, i.e. Do Not Stick Objects to Walls or Doors   - Clean the Kitchen's Facilities, Inmediately After Use 8 - The Non-Observance of the Rules or Payment Will Result on the Obligation of Quitting The Residence Inmediately. Neither The Deposit Nor the Montly Fee Can be Claimed 9 - Any Incident With the Facilities Will be Solved With Due Diligence. Any Compensation Can be Claimed
